  • A traffic study was conducted by Pasco county In June for Sylvan Road. On the dates of 6-24 and 6-25. The results of the study found that the average speed was 32.5 mph. The county requires average speed of 40 mph or 10 mph over the speed limit to be considered for them to install any traffic calming device such as speed bumps, etc. So, Pasco County will not be providing any speed bumps at this time. We have speed limit signs at both entrances. But we are missing 2 speed limit signs at the laurel woods dr. that goes into beacon woods. So, they will be installing speed limit signs on Laurel woods dr. Click on the link below for the results.
