Welcome to
Lakeside Woodlands Civic HOA!

Lakeside Woodlands is a culturally diverse community of Single family homes and Condominium units in Hudson, Florida. Our community dates back to 1978 and has continued to develop over the years. We are a highly sought-after community with the convenience of nearby schools, stores for shopping and groceries, dining, library, HCA hospital and doctors park, Hudson Beach and major highways for easy commuting.

The community is managed by an active volunteer Board of Directors who oversee the community and its operation to ensure a uniform appearance in the interest of preserving and enhancing property values.  Lakeside Woodlands greatest assets are found in the owners and residents that reside in the community, who together strive to keep the overall community looking cohesive and a pleasure to come home to.

Welcome to our community!

Traffic Calming Study
In order to add speed bumps to any road in our community the following is required by Pasco County.
We need 5 homes from any street wanting a speed bump. A traffic study by Pasco County is required. After the 5 signatures then the County will do a study to Justify the need for the traffic calming device. 75% of homes will need to respond when they send out letters requesting a yes or no vote and 60% to say yes they want speed bumps. We need 5 people from each street to either call in or fill out the online form attached and they will get things moving along.  When filling out the online form the drop down menu: type of request select "traffic calming and studies" and drop down menu specific type of request select "traffic calming devices", the map will show a blue marker (just move the marker to the street area where speed bump would go. There is a box to fill out info and what you want to say, picture of street and fill out name, etc. For most people calling in is easier as they don't ask as many details as the online does. They will ask for a name and address. Link and phone # below.

Bylaws Committee
We are looking for members of our community to form a committee to help review, refresh and make recommended changes to our Bylaws. Updating old bylaws is important as many laws and regulations have changed.
  • Review current bylaws to identify areas where updates are needed, often based on feedback from members or changing circumstances.
  • Develop clear and concise proposed changes to the bylaws.
  • May solicit feedback from the membership on proposed amendments.
  • Present proposed amendments to the board for discussion and final vote.
